Making the best use of our brake technology and aluminum casting and manufacturing techniques, we are contributing to greater safety and a smaller environmental burden for automobiles.
Our company’s core technologies are the advanced aluminum casting and manufacturing techniques we have cultivated by making brakes since our founding, and integrated braking systems that involve all the braking components of a vehicle, from master cylinders and disc brakes to VSA and the systems for controlling those components.
These two core technologies can contribute to decreasing environmental load via vehicle weight reductions as well as to the pursuit of improved safety, the big issues in the automotive industry today. Truly, they meet the needs of the times.
Our own efforts to reduce weight using our firm's aluminum casting and manufacturing techniques include expanding our product line-up to include calipers in which aluminum has been substituted for iron and specially developed aluminum knuckles. Meanwhile, our braking technology doesn't just stop at the ABS, but also handles other systems, such as TCS (traction control system) and VSA (vehicle stability assist) systems. We offer integrated braking systems that regulate not only the stop portion of the 3 vehicle functions of move, turn, and stop, but also the move and turn components as well, assisting the driver and providing greater peace of mind.
